Pokémon measurement tips
- On bordered cards, use the physical edge and the consistent inner frame around the artwork or card face.
- On full-art or borderless-looking cards, choose a repeatable printed boundary visible on both opposite sides; if none exists, treat the ratio as lower confidence.
- Holo glare can hide a boundary. Diffuse the light or use a flatbed scan instead of guessing where the print edge sits.
What the result can tell you
- Factory cut and artwork layout can look asymmetric for different reasons. The draggable lines let you separate the physical cut from intentional design.
- Even well-centred Pokémon cards need clean corners, edges and surfaces for a high overall grade estimate.
