Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on CardRevive Grading (grading.cardrevive.com.au), operated by itDreams (ABN: 17690197267).
1. Automatic Refunds For Failed Grades
If the AI grading process fails for any reason (technical error, API failure, processing error), the credit used for that grade is automatically refunded to your account. You do not need to request this - it happens immediately.
2. Credit Pack Refunds
Unused credits: If you have purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting info@cardrevive.com.au.
Partially used credits: If you have used some credits from a pack, we will refund the unused portion calculated at the per-credit rate you paid, within 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days: Credit purchases are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase.
3. Pro Subscription Refunds
First month: If you are unsatisfied with CardRevive Pro within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund.
Subsequent months: Pro subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current paid period.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service has a major failure (as defined by the Australian Consumer Law), you are entitled to a refund regardless of the above timeframes.
A major failure includes situations where:
- The Service is significantly different from its description
- The Service is substantially unfit for its intended purpose
- The Service has a defect that would not have been apparent before purchase
5. How To Request A Refund

Subject line: Refund Request - [your account email]
Include: Your account email, the purchase you want refunded, and the reason.
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
6. Disputed Grades
If you believe the AI provided a materially inaccurate grade (e.g., the AI estimated PSA 10 but the card received PSA 6 or lower from a professional grading company), contact us with:
- Your CardRevive grade report
- The professional grading result (photo of the slab or certificate)
We will review the case and may offer a credit refund or account credit at our discretion. Disputed grades help us improve the accuracy of our service.
