Terms of Service

CardRevive Grading is an AI-powered pre-grading assessment tool for trading cards. The Service analyses uploaded card images using artificial intelligence and provides estimated grades in the style of professional grading companies (PSA, BGS, TAG).

IMPORTANT: Our AI grades are estimates only. They are not professional grades and do not guarantee any specific result from a professional grading company. See our Disclaimer at /disclaimer for full details.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the Service.

The Service operates on a credit system:

• Each card grading assessment costs 1 credit
• Credits can be purchased individually ($5.00 AUD) or in packs at discounted rates
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Credits do not expire
• New accounts receive 1 free credit

Payments are processed by Stripe in Australian Dollars (AUD). By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

CardRevive Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $19.99 AUD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period - you retain access to Pro features until then.

Summary: Failed grades are automatically refunded. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Pro subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to:

• Upload images that are not trading cards
• Upload illegal, obscene, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service's grading algorithms or image processing pipeline
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service without our written permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell the Service or its outputs as your own product without our written permission
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

The Service, including its software, algorithms, image processing pipeline, grading prompts, design, and branding, is owned by itDreams and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the card images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a licence to process, store, and display those images as necessary to provide the Service. We may use anonymised, aggregated grading data (not your personal information or identifiable card images) to improve our Service.

Grade Reports: Grade reports generated by the Service may be shared, downloaded, and used by you for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., including in eBay listings). You may not misrepresent AI-generated grades as official professional grades.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of grading assessments.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from grading submissions based on our estimates
• Damage to or loss of trading cards
• Inaccurate grade estimates
• Service downtime or interruption
• Data loss

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless itDreams, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Service relies on third-party providers including OpenAI (AI grading), Stripe (payments), and Google (authentication). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You may delete your account at any time via the Account settings page. Upon deletion:

• Your personal information will be deleted within 30 days
• Your card images and grade reports will be permanently deleted
• Unused credits are forfeited unless a refund is requested within 14 days of account deletion
• Transaction records are retained for 7 years per Australian tax requirements

We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
